Stock Items ship F.O.B Hartland, WI within 1 business day of order placement via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.  Additional shipping services such as Air deliveries are available on in-stock items placed with a BonVital' Representative prior to 2:00 pm Central Standard Time.  All duties, taxes, or additional handling fees for non-U.S. orders are the responsibility of the recipient.  Orders shipped Ground within the contiguous U.S. can be expected to arrive within 2-10 business days depending on the shipping location.  Damaged, lost or missing items must be reported within 10 calendar days of order receipt.
