Bon Vital’ will exchange or replace products/containers with latent defects that are exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase. All customers are responsible for the care and safe delivery of all products once in their possession. Whether a product has a latent defect will be determined by Bon Vital’ at its sole discretion. Bon Vital’ does not warrant any product that is or has been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, repair or alteration which, in the exclusive judgment of Bon Vital’, affects the products stabilities and/or reliability. All warranties, including the warranty of merchantability and implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, immediately cease and are void if authorized customer alters, modifies, or mixes Bon Vital’ products in any way not in conformity with product use instructions.
