Bon Vital’ guarantees satisfaction with every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with any product ordered from Bon Vital’, simply call to obtain a Return Authorization number. All pre-authorized returns are subject to re-stocking fees. Returns are only accepted with preauthorization and within 30 days from date of purchase at the discretion of Bon Vital’. All shipping fees including but not limited to Handling, C.O.D., Customs and Duties fees are non-refundable. Return shipments are the sole expense and risk of purchaser. Please be sure to securely package all products so the products reach Bon Vital’ without damage.
